Baishan
Overview
Baishan is an Eidolon musician of legendary power, known for playing that could transform listeners. He appears wearing a gold-embroidered tunic and favors dark glasses. Fen refers to him as the “Sap Duende” when he plays instruments coated with Sap.
Abilities
According to legend, one of Baishan’s notes could split the world wide open and another could bring waves of light surging from his fingers. He possesses synesthetic abilities—every sound he makes gives rise to whirls of color and shapes spinning through the air like swirling flocks of birds, which he calls “murmurations.” When playing Sap-coated instruments, the Sap blends with his playing as his eyes light up with flame.

Fen summoned Baishan at The Screed after Boona prepared a Sap-coated mandolin, and the Eidolon played with such intensity that synesthetic murmurations of color filled the air.
