Nzinga is a boatwoman who operates a yawl in the canals of Arkaster.

Nzinga navigates the waterways of Arkaster with expert skill, knowing which channels to take and which to avoid. She makes deliveries for the Svarog Market, including Amorgand silks. She is acquainted with Venka and they share a drinking history.

Nzinga has an ebony face and closely cropped hair. She pulls back her hood to reveal her features when speaking with acquaintances.

Timeline

368 AC - The Proclamation

Nzinga was at Drapers’ Square when Venka spotted her during the commotion surrounding the Rediscovery Endeavor announcement. She transported Venka to Congers’ Wharf via her yawl, maneuvering through the Bagnante despite small craft being prohibited, slipping through narrow channels and beneath dock spans. Along the way, the two listened to Basileus Avkan ruun-Heshkari’s proclamation about the Rediscovery Endeavor. When Venka confirmed he would enlist to settle a score with The Tumult, Nzinga remarked she would need to find a new drinking companion.
