Akileka Gawi

Overview

Akileka Gawi was the personal Alterer of Basilissa Annuska Valiont. Gawi is known for striking down Acantha Shah during the tragic events of The Paramours of Seki, an act that triggered Nittaya Vorona’s catastrophic Ignescence and the creation of The Viper-Tree.

Timeline

325–335 AC - The Paramours of Seki

When Annuska Valiont confronted Nittaya Vorona in Seki, Acantha Shah stepped forward and manifested her Alteration to push back the Basilissa’s guards. Gawi, fearing the young Ordis Alterer might harm the ruler, struck Acantha down. The killing triggered Nittaya’s uncontrolled Ignescence, which transformed both lovers into The Viper-Tree. Gawi removed Annuska from the chambers for safety.
