Amelia Earhart is an Eidolon aviator who can be summoned to pilot aircraft in emergency situations. Amelia saved Treyst’s life during the 379 AC crash by stabilizing the failing aerodyne.
The 379 AC Rescue
Emergency Summoning
During a reconnaissance mission in 379 AC, Treyst and Paju’s aerodyne was attacked by the Kraken. The console was severely damaged, smashed by tentacles. The windshield shattered and the armored hull was torn. With Paju unconscious and blood-soaked, the ship trembling and plunging toward the sea, Treyst removed his straps and grabbed his Construct. He rearranged the artifact to summon Amelia Earhart. The left engine burned in a plume of smoke as the ground fast approached.
Stabilizing the Crash
The aviator Eidolon sat in the pilot’s seat. Amelia was the only one who could get them out of the situation. While Treyst unstrapped Paju, laid him on the aircraft’s floor, and tied him to the nets, Amelia worked the controls. The nose of the aerodyne lifted as Amelia managed to stabilize the ship and flew over the Rampart.
Despite Amelia’s efforts, a second explosion hurled Treyst against the wall before the aerodyne crashed on a beach. Amelia’s intervention allowed the ship to crash land rather than plummet directly into the sea, giving Treyst a chance at survival. Paju did not survive the crash.
