Physical Appearance

Ebenezer Scrooge appears as a small gentleman, dry and wrinkled as a vine in winter and shriveled like overcooked meat. He wears an ancient, battered top hat over a severe face framed by a bushy beard. He is wrapped in a moth-eaten, threadbare old overcoat that should have been retired years ago. He speaks in a hoarse, creaking voice.

Abilities and Function

Ebenezer Scrooge is an inflexible old quartermaster who efficiently administers and rations remaining supplies during emergencies. He possesses the keen eye of a buzzard when it comes to optimizing, planning, and determining rations so groups can survive together. Until he loosens the purse strings, those under his management must tighten their belts.

Waru Toowoom discovered an empty supply crate at Storvhit camp due to team disorganization, drew Glyphs in snow with his cane, and summoned Ebenezer Scrooge to ration remaining supplies.
