Gibil
Gibil is an Eidolon associated with the Axiom who works at The Foundry with furnaces and molten metal. Based on the Mesopotamian god of fire and metalworking, Gibil demonstrates mastery over lava and the ability to forge new creations from molten material.
Appearance
Gibil has glowing eyes and a rumbling voice. He works near furnaces with ferocious heat, capturing and manipulating jets of lava with his hands.
Abilities
Lava Manipulation
Gibil can capture jets of lava, bring them closer for examination, and let molten metal drift in the air while inspecting it for defects or impurities. He works in environments of extreme heat near molten metal.
Forging and Creation
Gibil can melt and forge materials on demand. He possesses the ability to disassemble objects using force of will alone and reshape them using arcs of lava to create new chassis, wings, and component parts.
Brassbug Restoration
Gibil demonstrated ability to restore dying Brassbugs by disassembling their failing forms and creating entirely new chassis and parts from shaped lava, giving them new life.
Timeline
~380s AC - Brassbug Restoration at The Foundry
Sierra observed Gibil capture a jet of lava and examine it for impurities at The Foundry, then watched him disassemble a dying Brassbug and forge a new chassis, wing, and parts from shaped lava before placing the reborn creature in her arms to care for.
