Negotiations
364 AC - Meeting with Waru
Waru and Robin Hood held deep discussion in secluded alcove of breivikensveg tavern bar. Two hooded strangers and Mack the weasel in backroom drew little attention. Mack sipped beer and kept watch while listening through Waru’s ears to negotiation.
Discussion covered how Rediscovery Endeavor would delay development of Protectorate’s secondary cities in dire need of it. Robin Hood characterized endeavor as unnecessary risk and losing investment. Waru taunted Robin about his past as outlaw and how he managed to elevate status among people. Arguments were designed to stir up anger, which appeared to be working.
Mack noticed pair of eyes watching from counter - probably spy on Avkan’s payroll. This indicated second phase of plan was bearing fruit. Waru was warned of spy’s presence. Everything seemed to be running smoothly.
