Telmo
Telmo was Governor of Caer Arcolano during The Severance War in the early 3rd century AC.
Role in the Severance War
When the Governors of Asgartha’s Provinces rebelled against Basileus Marcus Sune’s democratic reforms, Telmo was among those who challenged central authority. However, unlike some of his peers, Telmo was known to be driven by noble intentions.
Wanjiru, a young Yzmir Horomancer stationed in Caer Arcolano at the time, recognized Telmo’s integrity. Although the Yzmir declared neutrality in the conflict, Wanjiru pledged allegiance to Telmo specifically because he knew the Governor acted from genuine principle rather than personal ambition.
