Dong Da Shen lounges on snow wearing a magnificent blue cape that whips in the wind. His painted mask is the face of winter. The Eidolon appears at the center of a gigantic paper scroll that unfurls in a circle, with ideograms written on the scroll blazing with azure flame.
Abilities and Function
Dong Da Shen holds a document described as a statement of criminal charges and wields a scepter. His inquisitorial voice thunders as he points his scepter at enemies. As god of cold, Dong Da Shen commands authority over winter elements and can inspire fear in cold-adapted creatures.

Waru Toowoom summoned Dong Da Shen during Belisenki pursuit at Storvhit by tracing Heka symbols in the wind, causing the paper scroll to unfurl with blazing ideograms and the Belisenki to disperse and return to the shelter of trees.
