The Hatter is an Eidolon that can be summoned by Alterers. When summoned, The Hatter appears alongside the Cheshire Cat and March Hare.

Nevenka summoned The Hatter at a tavern in Arkaster, covering the table with desserts and cocktails including a Stargazer for Fen; The Hatter also created an upgraded Flamebreaker for Crowbar that caused flames to burst from the scarecrow’s eye sockets.
