Overview

Crowbar is a scarecrow Chimera with a pumpkin head who serves as the Alter Ego companion of Fen. She is a virtuoso guitarist and member of BLISS!. Fen notes that Crowbar’s scarecrow appearance is “just a stage outfit that she puts on when she feels like it.”

Appearance

Crowbar appears as a scarecrow with a pumpkin head. Her eyes light up when she “wakes up” or becomes alert. She can set her pumpkin head aflame during performances.

Role in BLISS!

Crowbar plays guitar in BLISS!:

Fen’s operatic vocals blend with Crowbar’s guitar solos. Through Fen’s Ignescence and Alteration, their concerts became multi-sensory experiences.

Role as Alter Ego

Crowbar serves as Fen’s Alter Ego in the Rediscovery Endeavor, accompanying her as a Lyra Exalt from the Kasirga Clan. She offers counsel when needed, once advising Fen that “there was nothing better than aiming as high as possible, because those who don’t aim for the stars have no chance of reaching them.”

Timeline

392 AC - Lyra Festival Performance

Crowbar played electric guitar during festival in Arkaster while Fen drew on Ignescence and summoned Asmodeus, The Sandman, and Cloth Dancer.

393 AC, January-April - Snowman Building at Storvhit

Crowbar built snowman with Fen at Storvhit, engaged in snowball fight, then observed Living Snowman examine their creation and wave goodbye.

393 AC, June-September - BLISS! Concert Crisis

During BLISS! performance at The Screed, Crowbar suffered migraine causing missed note simultaneously with Fen’s memory loss, then approached Fen telepathically but received only white noise.

393 AC, June-September - Concert Recovery and Encore

Crowbar convinced Orbec and Tamati to support Fen after her memory loss, then led marathon encore culminating in flaming pumpkin head solo and crowd surf.
