Suure-Jaani

Overview

Suure-Jaani was a Master Archivist of the Ordis Faction who authored scholarly works on historical and cultural topics. The works were preserved in The Sanctum’s extensive collection.

Scholarly Work

Suure-Jaani authored the “Compendium IX of Hyperborean Folklore,” a thick volume documenting stories, myths, and cultural knowledge from the Hyperborean tradition. This work was part of the Sanctum’s collection of preserved knowledge from various cultures and time periods.

In 392 AC, the Compendium was consulted by Yzmir Initiate Suha during her investigation of the Kraken. An Ordis cleric retrieved the volume at Suha’s request while she researched discrepancies in the official accounts of the Leviathan’s defeat.
