Overview

Meander is a Leviathan known as the Serpent Leviathan. Meander lives in symbiosis with Ventauri Clan, one of the Lyra Clans.

Symbiotic Arrangement

Kaibara tolerates Meander on its territory. The Lyra negotiated with the Whale Leviathan to allow Meander to continue roaming the Peninsula, in exchange for ensuring that it does not cause trouble within the Oasis.
