Ceren
Overview
Ceren was the Consort of Rune, the first Kuningas of Asgartha. She had no idea where Rune could be when he mysteriously vanished in 42 AC.
Family
Ceren was mother to Aysun, who continued Rune’s lineage and founded the Yzmir Faction.
Timeline
42 AC - The Vanishing
When Rune disappeared, Ceren was questioned by Tamrat as part of the inquiry commission investigating the disappearance. After Tamrat’s investigation and his consultation with Aysun, he came to Ceren with the official explanation: her Consort, feeling he was at the twilight of his life, had gone to challenge The Tumult one final time, never to return.
Ceren and Aysun, dressed in black and in mourning, bowed before an empty urn at the ceremonial funeral. They invited the populace to mobilize for the upcoming elections to decide Rune’s successor. Several months of mourning were decreed in homage to the hero of The Concord.
