Overview

Tong is a veteran Ordis soldier with expertise in mechanical systems and historical knowledge. He served in Gulrang Oduro’s unit during the 392 AC Mesektet recovery expedition, where his knowledge of airship schematics proved valuable.

392 AC - Mesektet Recovery Expedition

During the expedition to recover the crashed Night Barque Mesektet in Caer Oorun, Tong spotted granite formations that appeared to show one figure striking another with a blade, triggering accusations of betrayal through the Coalescence—though Gulrang later proved the formations were geological distortions. Tong then assisted Gulrang in locating the black box compartment in the cockpit, identifying the small hatch on a control panel; when they discovered the black box had been stolen, Gulrang grabbed Tong’s hand to prevent him from broadcasting the theft through his Coalescence connection.
