Overview

Ekaterina ruun-Caellach (also known as Kuningatar Katinka ruun-Caellach) was the fifth High Queen (Kuningatar) of Asgartha, reigning from 122-130 AC.

Delegation of Power

Kuningatar Katinka ruun-Caellach realized that the growing population was starting to feel cramped. She sensed that the key to the future lay in the untouched lands of the Peninsula.

She knew that the four Alteration Factions - Ordis, Bravos, Yzmir, and Lyra - were best suited to lead the settlement of these largely unexplored territories. She decided to delegate power to them with the goal of achieving this objective, under the condition that the Factions return it at the completion of their endeavor.

This began the period known as the Reign of the Four Factions (130-194 AC).
