Kabatas

Overview

Kabatas is a Permukaan district of Arkaster, established during the reconstruction of the capital following the tsunami of 305 AC, under the direction of chief-architect Nanha Niski.

Design and Character

Along with Nafitera, Kabatas was designed with a resolutely modern approach, featuring wide thoroughfares and spacious streets. The district served as an experimental zone to persuade the rest of the capital to fully transition to Kelon technology.

Self-Contained City

Together with Nafitera, Kabatas functions as a city within a city, offering all the services available in the capital but concentrated in one place.

Impact on Surrounding Areas

The creation of Kabatas and Nafitera, along with the accompanying new urban dynamic, has caused an explosion of population density in Renkairi.
