Iju Clan

Overview

The Iju Clan is one of the nine Lyra Sarabands. The Clan has achieved the rare distinction of living in symbiosis with a Leviathan.

Symbiosis with Scarab

The Iju Clan lives in symbiosis with Scarab, the Beetle Leviathan. The Lyra negotiated with Kaibara, the Whale Leviathan and protector of Asgartha, to allow Scarab to continue roaming the Peninsula in exchange for ensuring it does not cause trouble within the Oasis.
