Overview

Ainara Aldana was Baron of the Tribe of the Lower Banks, one of three Barons who initially opposed Rune’s coalition during the founding of Asgartha. Later became one of the Runic Knights through reconciliation. Vanished alongside Rune in 42 AC.

Background

Aldana led the Tribe of the Lower Banks when the reunited Tumult Nomad tribes faced potential civil war over resources and power. When Cilistro Tighe mobilized forces, Aldana and Balram Kasun did the same, preparing for confrontation at Kuningasplatz.

Heshkari’s coalition encircled the three Baron armies and demanded peaceful resolution. The Barons were on the verge of rejecting the ultimatum when the Phoenix descended from the The Acus, perching on Rune’s shoulder and crowning him with fire. Aldana bent the knee along with all others present.

Rune appointed Aldana to the Trusted Council alongside both his original allies and the other Barons, transforming former opponents into the Runic Knights.

0 AC - The Concord

Aldana submitted to Rune following the Phoenix’s appearance at Kuningasplatz and became one of the founding Runic Knights.

42 AC - The Vanishing

Aldana was one of three Runic Knights who vanished alongside Rune. Disappeared with Aksoy and Heeren, taking weapons and armor. Evidence suggested a planned departure, with a small group sailing westward into The Tumult.
