Aedyt

Aedyt is an Ordis trooper who serves in the Aegis infantry. Despite being anxious and often last in obstacle courses, she proved to be the bravest member of her regiment during a Singularity crisis.

Military Training

Aedyt joined Aegis infantry despite being anxious and permanently timid. She was often last or second to last in obstacle courses. Gulrang offered her way out on many occasions - chance to return to civilian life with head held high, or transfer to administrative corps. Each time Aedyt stubbornly, almost vehemently, refused.

Regiment Perception

Other recruits accused Aedyt of undermining their efforts, claiming pitiful performances affected overall regiment performance. She faced mockery and unkind remarks affecting her morale. When teasing bordered on harassment, Gulrang almost intervened. Despite humiliation, Aedyt stood up to it, put head down, and moved on with gritted teeth. She held firm throughout training.

Singularity Rescue

382 AC - Alterer Rescue at Kurung

During exercise, Alterer in charge of maneuver lost control of environment created. Singularity was about to form right in middle of Kurung. Many soldiers started running for cover, waiting for veterans to end danger.

Aedyt was only one to throw herself into Tumult winds to grab Alterer and drag him out of danger. When time came to overcome fear, she stamped it out without second thought by rushing in to save comrade when everyone else chose to save own skin.

Regiment’s perception of Aedyt completely changed after incident. They realized that despite appearances, she was probably bravest of them all.

382 AC - Recognition from Gulrang

Gulrang gave discreet nod to Aedyt after incident. Aedyt adjusted posture trying to appear as confident as possible. Event proved Aedyt’s true character when tested.
