Kestia

Overview

Kestia is the chief town of Caer Kettria with a population of approximately 244,000 inhabitants, making it the second most populous city in Asgartha after Arkaster.

Nicknames

Kestia is called the “Little Arkaster” because its topography resembles that of the capital, albeit on a smaller scale.

Geography

The city is protected from any intrusion by the labyrinthine network formed by its islands and countless coves. Kestia is built within a dormant crater, surrounded by magnificent and roaring waterfalls. However, the city has long since overflowed the crater, spilling down a steep slope toward the sea below.

Economy and Lifestyle

The inhabitants of Kestia live off the resources of both the mountain and the sea. They are content with their geographical isolation, far from the turmoil of more bustling places.
