Yong-Su Tenzing
Overview
Yong-Su Tenzing was a Muna Alterer who created the Mugen, the sacred bridge linking Nisan and Kirighai. After death, Yong-Su became an Eidolon and continues to be honored by the Muna.
Creation of the Mugen
Yong-Su built the Mugen bridge when a Tumult singularity prevented Arkaster from being replenished with food and essential resources. The bridge provided a vital land route to the agricultural regions of Kirighai and the Katkera, allowing supplies to reach the capital. What began as a practical solution became one of the most sacred sites in Asgartha, with nineteen arched sections spanning numerous islets, each marked by a torii gate and altar.
Veneration
Stylized statues of Yong-Su can be found within the Bark Refuge sanctuary inside the Spindle Tree, where offerings of flower garlands and trinkets are placed. The Muna honor Yong-Su alongside other nature deities including Inari, Cernunnos, Freyja, and Tlaloc.
