Ryukkōsai

Overview

The Ryukkōsai is a spring festival organized by the Muna Faction. During this festival, The Musubi ceremony can be celebrated throughout the Peninsula, allowing Alterers and their Alter Egos to bond.

The Musubi

While The Musubi can be celebrated year-round at the Bark Refuge, the Ryukkōsai allows the ceremony to take place throughout the Peninsula. This union is not taken lightly, as it causes two beings to share their minds in an indelible and immutable way.

Honoring the Saviors of Arkaster

People often honor Yong-Su Tenzing during the Ryukkōsai festival for his role in saving Arkaster, though Eru’s crucial contribution in rallying the fauna of Kirighai is frequently forgotten.

During the Ryukkōsai festival, Rin followed a procession crossing the Mugen bridge. Yong-Su Tenzing’s Eidolon manifested floating in the air with lotus flowers blooming beneath each step.
