Shawl

Overview

The Shawl is an elongated and shallow strip of sea connecting the peninsulas of Anthea, Kirighai, and Enosha. It is located at the crossroads of the Krurafjord and Woswekafjord estuaries.

Geography

The Shawl widens from the delta to Caecaster on one side and to Hadera on the other, at the edge of the Undersea.

Connection to Muir Concordia

Like Muir Concordia, of which it is somewhat an extension, the Shawl is subject to the same unexplained massive evaporation phenomenon.

Maritime Traffic

The Shawl historically served as a passage for ships transporting ores from Suspira to Arkaster. However, the shallows created bottlenecks that crowded the estuary, forcing vessels to anchor off Sojourn for days before continuing their journey.
