Caer Esvander
Overview
Caer Esvander is one of the autonomous Provinces (Caers) of the Asgarthan Protectorate, occupying the western portion of the Enosha peninsula.
Geography
The province contains the Vanderun Shards, a region of floating islands in the southern part of the Enoshan peninsula. The grassy expanses covering these islands are conducive to livestock farming.
Economy
Caer Esvander is renowned for its livestock, particularly a specific breed of goat. The province’s trademark is cheese production from these animals.
Transportation
Inhabitants resort to various contraptions to move from island to island, including gliders, aerostats, and airships.

Total provincial population: approximately 420,000 inhabitants
Military Training
The mountains of Caer Esvander serve as training grounds for Ordis military personnel. Zhen undertook grueling physical training and survival courses in these mountains while preparing for the officers’ academy.
Timeline
Pre-393 AC - Suspended Mines Strike
A strike occurred at the suspended mines of Caer Esvander, followed by intervention of private militias. Lucas Aveskamp was particularly outspoken during this conflict, which increased his political influence.
