Verbera

Overview

Verbera is a city with a population of approximately 76,000 inhabitants. Although physically located on the Anthea peninsula, Verbera is directly administered by Caer Eidos and thus falls under Arkaster’s jurisdiction.

Strategic Role

As the interface between the Provinces and Arkaster, Verbera is a strategic city. Its warehouses accommodate goods both coming from the capital and those being transported there, excluding Kelon which follows separate transport routes.

Character

Verbera is an industrial city and a commercial port, more functional than aesthetically pleasing. The city prioritizes utility and commerce over architectural beauty.

Historical Significance

Verbera is famous for being the landing site of Arkaster’s fleet during the Severance War, where they opposed the armies of the regional Governors.

Transportation

A railway was built across the shallow Muir Concordia to connect Verbera directly to Arkaster.
